At Getsnug.in, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery timelines, charges, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: During peak sale periods or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your delivery location within India.

      Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.

      Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days.

      Remote or rural areas: 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, logistical delays, or high order volumes may affect delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee on all orders across India, regardless of order size or location. The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. Our shipping partners include reputable courier services operating across India.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery), the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, including the PIN code and contact number, is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Getsnug.in is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photograph and contact us at Thegetsnug@gmail.com within 48 hours. For shipments that are lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with our logistics partner and resolve the matter promptly.

9. Service Limitations

At this time, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping. Delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas may not be possible.
