At Getsnug.in, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

      The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery of the product.

      The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

      The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact.

      Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

      Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

      Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.

      Perishable goods, personal care products, or hygiene items (once opened).

      Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale.

      Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

      Email us at Thegetsnug@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

      Include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

      Attach clear photographs of the product (and packaging) to support your request.

      Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Note: Do not ship back any item without receiving prior written confirmation from our team. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

      We will notify you via email about the status of your refund (approved or rejected).

      If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

      Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

      For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide your bank account details.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Thegetsnug@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Getsnug.in is not liable for items lost in transit during the return process.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to initiate a return upon delivery. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Thegetsnug@gmail.com with your Order ID.
