SHIPPING POLICY
- Allorders are shipped within 2 business days and will be delivered within 3-5 days from the date of shipping.
- Shipping within india is free.
- We shall send you a confirmation mail once you place the order. Our courier partners will keep you informed about the dispatch details and expected delivery date.
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Hassle free exchange or return - All claims for exchange or refunds must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order by contacting our Customer Service Team on connect@getsnug.in
- Full refund of payment with 5 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
- To be eligible for return, the product should be unused and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- In case of either return or exchange, please write to connect@getsnug.in with subject- RETURNS, so that we may initiate the process.
- Order can be cancelled any time before its shipped for off the shelf products.
- The return, refund and cancellation policy is not applicable to customized products. Our team will be there to address issues, if any.
